Flat is light (windows on both sides of building) and comfortable, very clean and comfortable, excellent fold-out divan-bed thingy.

Asking price is 19000 roubles/month (or best offer - anything within reason will be considered, remember that it's short term) with all bills included - longer term is possible, agree with the landlord. Landlord is a very good friend of mine, he's off with his missus to Bulgaria for a bit to escape all the Mothership visa $hit.
