If a so-called contract (I only have one with my name only signed, no stamps or other signatures) ends in May and I am refused work in June (just because most of the groups have ended) can I leave the company and not be responsible for paying taxes, though my "boss" says that I will need to pay him for the taxes for June as well as September-December if I remain in Russia? If I don't do this and he "reports" me to the tax authorities, will I have to leave the country in 1-3 days? Can my work visa be cancelled or can I remain in Russia until it expires? I am on a work visa sponsored by them and am registered at there place also but the terms of my employment constantly change, almost daily? |
